Our Work

The Secretariat works under the lead of IACCR Commission, and offers necessary services to its members. Advisory Commission is an advisory and decision-making branch for the Secretariat. The Secretariat mainly works on: 1.Organizing and Preparing Conferences 1) Hold regular sharing conferences among branches of different countries, and endorse its members to effectively confront and prepare how to deal with the NCP, which includes but not limited with: personnel, medical equipment, relief supplies (masks, e-thermometers, etc.), procurement and logistics, work plans, etc. 2) Prepare and hold IACCR related on/off-line meetings. 2.Optimizing professional reports and equipment packs 1) Collect relevant information and data on how to prevent and control the pandemic, especially the translated leaflets or documents about how households, individuals and communities are able to do this. 2) Popularize on target to members and other international friends on related information. 3.Technical Supports Instruct members to land services: identify and analyze community needs, design and monitor projects, estimate social impacts, etc. 4.Promotion Advertise what we are doing and what we know about the NCP to the world as much as possible, so that an increasing number of nations, regions and individuals can get access to what they need, finally more people will get in-time help.We are also accountable for running IACCR websites,Facebook,Twitter,WeChat Official Account,microblog and editing contents published on them. 5.Cooperation Recruit more volunteers, and seek more opportunities for outbound affairs. 6.Translation Put an eye on and update worldwide reports and latest researches on the NCP, then collect and translate the latest data or reports to members. Borders can’t hold us back in fighting against the COVID-19.Interpret for IACCR meetings, or respond to other needs for translation. 7.Responding to members' needs Discuss and respond the members’ needs or proposals, and reach a result of how to cope with them. Report all of those to the Commission and wait for a final decision.
