The nature of cinema debates oriented to health issues

With the intention of making a deeper explanation for the nature of cinema debates oriented to health issues, we would like to include the report of a movie we have screened at our work place, before the COVID19 pandemic. This movie is “Beautiful boy” (2018), an English production, directed by Felix Van Groeningen, staring Steve Carell and Timothée Chalamet. It is based on two autobiographical books written by a father and his son, about the experiences they faced while the son struggled with Methamphetamines addiction.
